* Do I have to live in a certain State in order to be a client?
Yes, we are licensed to provide services in New York State, therefore clients must be a resident in New York in order to receive services.

* How much does sessions cost?
Depending on the type of services, full fee can range between $150-$175 for a 1 hour session.
Reduced rates are based on income/financial status and can range from $75-$100.

* Do you take insurance?
No, We are not in network with any insurance carriers at this time. True To Life Counseling Psychotherapy Services only accepts self pay until further notice.

* When are sessions available?
Mon-Fri 3:30pm - 8:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm

* Are session in person or online?
True to Life Counseling Psychotherapy Services is a fully Telehealth Private Practice, which means that sessions are held online via a HIPAA compliant video platform.

*What type of sessions are available?
Individual Counseling, Family Counseling, Couples Counseling, Clinical Supervision.

*How ofter do I need to attend sessions?
It is recommended upon the start of therapy to attend weekly sessions in order to build a therapeutic rapport and begin working on identified issues sooner. However, many individuals do well with bi-weekly sessions. It also may depend on your schedule, availability, affordability, emotional capacity and other factors. It is recommended not to go more then three weeks when first beginning therapy.
* What happens if I am experiencing an emergency mental health crisis?
True To Life Counseling Psychotherapy Services does not provide Crisis or Emergency services. If you have an emergency or in a crisis situation, you can call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
